About me

Strong. Present. Playful.

I believe that knowledge empowers you, it can lead us to a deeper truth. I use anatomical knowledge to develop strength, focusing on the musculature of the body and the way it engages and progresses through correct alignment. I use philosophical knowledge to encourage self-inquiry and expansion of awareness.

Empowering Students in

Body and Being

I want you to feel empowered, both in your body and in your way of being, while also having a laugh and not taking things too seriously. Let's play together.

I am a wife and the mother of two young girls. Woven with my yoga practice I also work in education and community development. As a life long learner I am also currently studying my Masters in Politics and Public Policy. I trained with the Byron Yoga Centre and with Jenni Morrison-Jack of Ihana Yoga. I have taught locally in Warragul for nearly 10 years and I am a registered Level 1 Teacher with Yoga Australia.

I specialise in private and semi private yoga classes of 1-5 people.

In contrast to public classes, you supply the space and I come to you.

I am based in West Gippsland, Victoria, Australia and can travel in person to you or find a location that works for us both.

We would begin with one private foundation class, in which I assess alignment and clarify intentions.

I then tailor a series of six classes, which will include asana (poses/body work), pranayama (breath work) and meditation.

During the teachings I am available for discussion and reflection.

Following the completion of the series we will meet for a full circle reflection and evaluation to plan the next move.

Classes are up to 75mins long and cost $80 for the initial then a 6 class series for $360.

I do also offer stand alone private classes of $60 for people wanting to focus on a pose/technique, clean up alignment and gain a new awareness into their practice. A perfect way to begin yoga too.

Contact me to discuss further and take the time.
